Returns Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from us, but if you receive your order and something isn't quite right - we're here to help.


How long do i have to return?

We accept returns up to 60 days after the day your order arrived in the mail.

We know its a lot longer than usual, but we want to be flexible and give you the power to change your mind!

WHAT CONDITION CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT IN?

Unless an item is faulty when it arrives, we can only accept returns on products that are:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition and/or packaging
  • Unwashed
  • With tags still on (if applicable)

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?

The only fees you are liable for is the cost of return shipping which we have subsided to share the cost with you.

Also if you choose to receive an online credit for your return, we will add the cost of shipping back onto your credit so you don't lose any value!

When you lodge your return through our online portal, you will be given the option to use your own shipping courier or for us to provide you with a returns label.

If you choose the returns label option, we will give you a link to pay the subsidised fee online and will email you your label to print.

If you choose your own courier you are liable to book the return, have it shipped to us in Brisbane, QLD and pay any fees.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT?

We offer full refunds or store credits for your return (as long as it meets the conditions criteria above).

If you choose a store credit, we will credit you back for any return shipping costs you paid to us.

*we are unfortunately only able to credit you for return shipping fees if you elect to have your return processed through our courier by selecting the option to receive a returns shipping label.

Will I BE REFUNDED THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS?

Our refunds/store credits will only apply to amounts you paid for products (incl. GST) and will not include original shipping fees if applicable.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ON SALE?

Unless it is specifically listed on the product page that it is not returnable, we accept returns for all discounted products.

If you return, you will receive a credit/refund for the amount you paid after any discounts you received.
